Knowing that they preferred wooded areas we opted to meet just above Padley Gorge where a gorgeous silver birch wood made for some beautiful shots in the evening sun.

Meeting with Michael & Jade at Graves Park made for a lovely summer evening. The expansive fields, tree lined pathways, hidden water features and tended gardens made for a lovely setting for their pre-wedding shoot.

It was beautiful to see that love is timeless and as we took a nice walk round the reservoir the happy couple pointed out some of the features that made the location so special to them, including the bench on which Michael proposed.

Helen & Charlie are a fantastic couple and in preparation for their wedding in JG Graves Discovery centre, just beside Ecclesall Woods, we met up for pre-wedding photo shoot. In advance of Charlotte and James’ wedding which would be at Ringwood Hall just a few short weeks later, we visited Roche Abbey in South Yorkshire just a little South of Maltby off of the M18. Following a long drive travelling up from Staffordshire and the last 200 metre of bone rattling, suspension braking cobbled pathway we approached the venue and were stunned by the beauty of this ruined monument. In preparation for their forthcoming wedding we met with Kierran & Sarah a few weeks before the big day to help them get used to the camera and relax them into a few natural poses. We worked our way around the grounds of this beautiful old grandiose Georgian mansion built in 1724-29 now sadly in ruin since 1919 when the roof was removed and dismantled. Despite the loss of this elegance the remaining features make for a beautiful backdrop to a fun and relaxed photoshoot with a lovely couple. Read More
